Privacy Policy

/direschool stores the information schools need to run admissions, attendance, conduct, report cards and library records: student and parent details, staff accounts, and the academic records tied to them.

Report cards, exam results and Ministry results are protected behind a Student ID and password. Students can choose to hide their age from classmates in Settings. Parent accounts can only see the children they have linked using that child's own Student ID and password.

Staff passwords are never stored as plain text — they are scrambled using industry-standard hashing before being saved. No third-party sign-in (such as Google or Facebook) is used anywhere in this system.
